Can
I have the photos in a specific order?
You have the option of organizing your images in the order you would
like them to appear on your CD/DVD. For a specific order or multiple
chapters, you may organize your prints in the order you would like them
to appear by numbering them with a pencil on the back, or with Post-its.
If you are having an album or scrapbook scanned, we
will process the pages in the order they appear in your book. We will
follow the same procedure if you are having an entire family album of
individual pictures processed. Engagement announcements and photos may
be added at the beginning of a Wedding Album by simply inserting them
at the front cover.
Would
I be able to have separate folders on my CD for different events?
You may also preselect your chapters by sorting the images into labeled
envelopes. Remember to use an envelope that will not allow your images
to slide out of order, and include your preferered title for each seperate
chapter.
How
can I protect my pictures from unpredictable weather?
In order to protect your items through the mailing process you may place
your photos and media in a water proof bag, such as a ziploc. To further
prevent damage from occurring, you may want to use bubble wrap, paper
or another packaging material to safeguard your materials from sliding
around in the mailing envelope or box.
What
shipping company does PictoPix use?
You choose the shipping company for mailing your items to us,
as well as insurance of your package. You may also choose the method
in which you wish to have your original prints, CD or DVD returned to
you, such as express, overnight, or regular mailing. PictoPix will generally
use the same company for sending products back to you, unless you have
indicated a preferrred shipping company.
How will I know if my package arrived at PictoPix?
We will email you to let you know as soon as we have received your package.
Will
I be able to find out the progress of my order?
Your satisfaction is our primary goal so we are more than happy to work
with you during any step of the processing. We encourage you to review
your images on-line, and email us any specifc instructions. You may
also contact us if you have any questions.
How
do I pay for my order?
We accept money orders, personal checks (must clear before shipment),
and PayPal.
